Delivery Terms

We offer free delivery to England and Wales on the majority of our items, apart from large and fragile items and orders under £19.95.

Orders under £19.95 have a £3.95 P&P charge.

Mirrors have a £7.95 delivery charge.

Large Ceramic Lamps £9.95 delivery charge.

Some items that we do not hold in stock and are sent direct from the supplier will attract a small shipping cost.

All large fragile items go with Parcel Force with all others sent via 2nd class Royal Mail depending on the size. Allowing for packing and depending on time of day ordered, please allow 3-5 working days. Direct ship items will come via manufacturer's courier.

Furniture and Rugs up to 20KG will be sent by courier where possible. Large items will be sent in a dedicated van delivery. Please allow 10 working days subject to volumes of orders being processed at the time. Failed or refused furniture deliveries will be charged the cost of the return, deducted from the refund of the item.

On two man deliveries for larger furniture, delivery is to room of choice, where access is safe to do so. Some assembly i.e. tops and legs may be required - please ask for further details if required. Packaging disposal is at customers own arrangement. We can arrange for a white glove delivery service that covers any assembly and removes packaging, at an additional cost, pls contact us for a quote.


Delivery is scheduled on volumes going out - usually 7-10 days. When you get a call or text best to respond ASAP as once a route is filled with agreed deliveries, your slot moves to the next one - which usually is a week later - obviously if a date does not work you can roll it on to next slot that comes up.

Delivery is free, however please note failed deliveries i.e not being there to meet the delivery or rejecting the delivery, have a return delivery charge of £95. Change of mind returns are at customers own cost and organisation.

In the unlikely event of an item being damaged, please notify us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery and retain the item and all its original packaging, so we can arrange a return and replacement.

We do not offer a free return service for change of mind - all returned goods that are not damaged or faulty, are returned at customers own cost.

We do not deliver outside of the UK mainland without prior agreement. When agreement is given we can deliver to a UK mainland address for forwarding at customers own cost - returns for any reason would need to be sent back to this forwarding location at customers own cost.

We cannot offer zero rated VAT when delivering to a UK address.
